Winter Championship ChampsToday the Warren 8th grade Jr Lady Blue Devils won the Winter Championship tournament. They defeated LC Academy (B & B) 30-22. They dropped a game to Full Package by 8, 28-36. In the final game, they defeated Miracle 41-36.

Our Jr Lady Blue Devils will be playing in the Grayslake Invitational this weekend (Feb 29 - Mar 2). Their game schedule is

  • 3/1 Sat 10:30AM vs Barrington at Grayslake North HS Court #2
  • 3/1 Sat 1:00PM vs Kaneland at Grayslake North HS Court #2
  • 3/2 Sun 1:00PM vs Grayslake Central at Grayslake North HS Court #4
  • 3/2 Sun 4:45PM Championship Game at Grayslake North HS Court #4
    NOTE: the team must qualify for this game

The teams in the other half of the bracket are Grayslake North, St. Viator, Stevenson and Highland Park.

The team is looking foward to a great year with many returning players.  In addition, the team has picked up a few players that are new to the area.

The team is coached by Wendy Christina.  She is assisted by MJ Christina and Cabrina Leneau.

Welcome to the 2007-08 travel basketball season.  The coaches for the Warren Jr Lady Blue Devils 7th grade team are Tori Bloom and Amber Dolence.

Tori is back in her second year for the Blue Devils.  She joined the 2006-07 7th grade team mid-season and is looking forward to this season.  Tori herself participated in Warren's travel basketball program and went on to be a starter on Warren's varsity squad.  She attended University of Iowa majoring in <unknown>.

Amber joins the Blue Devils this year assisting Tori with the 7th grade girls.  Amber was also a member of Warren's varsity squad in <200x-0x>.
